Q and A

What do you consider your photography style to be?

My style of photography is a mixture of Editorial, Artsy and Traditional  – I like to get candid moments that you wont even know I have captured until after your wedding and also mix in some elegant images that stand the test of time. I am also very Artsy for my more daring couples :)

Do you bring a second photographer?

I always recommend a second shooter for weddings and my middle and higher end packages include a second shooter. You also have the option to add one on to any of my packages.

Are the packages online the only ones you offer?

No, I have a smaller Elopment package and I can also taylor a custome package to meet your exact needs.

Are you the actual photographer who will be shooting on my wedding day?

Yes! I am the primary photographer and owner of Pretty Little Poses Photography. The benefit of hiring an individual photographer versus a large corporate company is that all images, reviews, and blogs are from me and I hand edit all my own images. I am happy to be here for you before, during, and after the wedding making sure you have an awesome experience with me as your photographer!

What happens if you are not familiar with my ceremony/reception site?

With all my packages I guarantee a scouting trip to any location I have not officially photographed. I do weddings throughout Ga, SC and FL, so it is impossible for me to have been at all the awesome places in the area, but I love adding new ones to my portfolio.

Can I submit a shot list?

Yes, and I actually send you a wedding questionnaire that will allow you to give me an idea of all the important shots you hope to receive. Keep in mind that weddings are a story in progress and there may be some images that your wedding just does not allow for.

Do you offer your Raw images or Unedited images to your clients?

No, I absolutly do not. for the protection of my brand and reputation I never allow un-edited images to be seen.

Do you offer High resolution Digital Images with Print Release?

Yes, With a purchase of an album you wil receive digital copy of each image in your album with a print release. You may also purchase an USB with all your edited High Resloution Images for $400 only if you have purchased an album.

Do you shoot Destination Weddings?

Yes!! I love to travel to photograph weddings in different locations. I usually stick to the south east for most of my weddings.

Are there any Travel Fees?

Travel fees apply for my destination weddings and when I am going to a location farther then 60 miles from Canton, GA.

Can I see a sample Contract?

My contracts are online for the booking process. If you need to see one before then I am more then happy to show it to you.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes! It is important for every professional photographer to have liability insurance. Most Venues require your photographer to have Insurance so make sure who ever you hire has it.

What equipment do you use?

I use multiple Canon EOS digital SLR cameras and an awesome range of Canon professional-grade lenses, and additional lighting for the reception.

Do you have backup cameras?

Yes! I don’t go to any wedding without at least 2-3 cameras.

What happens if you get sick on the wedding day?

Knock on Wood, this has never happened!! I am part of a network of photographers in the area including the Atlanta Photographers Network of the Rising Tide for Photographers and I will make every effort to find a suitable replacement to cover your wedding. In the extremely unlikely event that I am too ill to cover your wedding and I cannot find a replacement I will refund you of all your money, including your deposit.

What are your Retainer fee, the Booking Process, and your Cancellation Policy?

To be officially booked with Pretty Little Poses Photography I require your signed contract as well as a $300 retainer fee. I often receive multiple inquiries for the same day so once you decide I am the photographer for you we should go for it! The booking process is all online and easy for you to choose your package and sign the contract. The remainder of your payment is due two weeks before the wedding. Cancellation terms are within your contract and we can discuss at time of booking.
